The terms are for you who are a consumer and who place orders via Wolfdream Sweden's website. According to Swedish law, people under the age of 18 cannot make credit purchases and to be able to shop on Wolfdream's website, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you provide incorrect personal information, we have the right to refuse your purchase and refuse your order. DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION:

Items that are in stock are normally delivered within a few working days. You have the right to cancel an order if it has not left our warehouse. If you want to cancel and the shipment has already been sent, you must receive the order and send it back to us. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from us. If an item is not in stock, we reserve the right not to be able to deliver. In that case, we will notify you.

RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

You have the right to exchange products that you have purchased from our website within 30 days after you have received the product. You have the right to carefully open the packaging and test the product. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. If the product or packaging has been damaged by the buyer or a third party, Wolfdream has the right to charge for the depreciation that has occurred. Please note that you may have to pay the shipping for the return.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the goods were received by you. You have the right to carefully open the packaging and test the product. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT:

Wolfdream Sweden's guarantee is valid for 12 months from the order date on the website. Warranty only covers fit and adhesive.

Warranty does not apply Damage or defects caused by incorrect use, blows, falls, accidents, etc. If the product has been repaired, changed, etc. by the customer or third party, the warranty does not apply.

Defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging do not cover the warranty.

You should always first contact Wolfdream in the event of a complaint.

PRICES:

All prices include VAT. Any shipping prices are shown separately on the order before payment. All offers are valid as long as stock lasts. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates.

OWNERSHIP:

All goods are owned by Wolfdream until full payment has been received by the company. All attempted frauds are reported directly to the police.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION BOARD:

If you have a complaint about a purchase which could not be resolved with Wolfdream Sweden, you have the right to turn to an alternative dispute resolution organization. One of them is the General Complaints Board, via www.arn.se where there is also more information. You can also send your complaint to the General Complaints Board's postal address, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. The General Complaints Board is an approved board for alternative dispute resolution and is subject to Directive 2013/11 / EU on alternative dispute resolution in consumer disputes. You can also use the online platform for complaints which is available on the European Commission's website, www.ec.europa.eu/odr.
